The Cutlass Exercise:

The cutlass is a short sword, once used by sailors and pirates in their battles on the high seas. Fencing with the cutlass is fun and safe, a perfect activity for kids and grown-ups. The Cutlass Exercise is an authentic method of sword-fighting, originally designed for the Royal Navy in 1812, and used in combat against real pirates more than a hundred years ago. This method of sword-fighting is simple to learn, yet challenging to master.

The MacGregor Method:

Learn how to use any weapon at any time- historical, modern or improvised, even if you've never seen it before. It doesn't matter if it's an ancient weapon, a martial arts weapon, a weapon you've never seen, a personal carry weapon or any random object- you'll know how to use it and use it effectively, and also how to defend yourself against it, even if you have no weapon. Even though the MacGregor Method is new, these techniques are not- everything in this system is derived from the tested and proven methods of the broadsword, quarterstaff and other historical weapons, as described by the fighting master Archibald MacGregor and other masters of the past. The MacGregor Method is where historical martial arts meets modern self-defense.
